      Pros

      I have been working for BCD for 2yrs and I have to say I really like it. I've had great Operation Managers and team members. I love the collaborative team spirit and you can always reach out for help if needed. Op Managers have been great in that area as well. We all know in events it can get hectic but having a great team along with the remote flexibility really helps. Great PTO and travel benefits.

      Cons

      Compensation should be at least 10K more in a Project Manager role.
