Overall a great place to work. Well organized and good working relationships.

Slightly understaffed in certain areas.

I struggle to find one pro.

Where do I start? ABUSIVE management to the point of her having multiple HR violations. Finally she’s no longer working there after multiple people left because of her. They expect you to be in the office or a dumb field trip when being in the market would make more of an impact. Takes years to make a bonus money. Worst job I ever had.
