Pros

When I started with EquipmentShare we had a mid level leadership team who was there to drive success for the employees AND the company. There was support, training, friendships district wide.

Cons

Pay is on the low end and could be better. Now management doesn’t care at all about employees, the never check in on you unless it’s to tell you that you did something wrong. There’s no training or feedback. Employees feel isolated and friendships are used against you with management frequently trying to drive wedges between employees. Unless you came from the H&E crowd (where upper management is from) you’re going to lose every single time.

Pros

Transparent with great benefits and family like environment.

Cons

This is probably different branch to branch but I don’t have any complaints after 2 years of working here.

Pros

Great pay and truly exceptional benefits — some of the best I’ve seen offered. The onboarding experience was very welcoming and well organized, including thoughtful gifts and company equipment such as a MacBook Pro, AirPods, iPad, backpack, and iPhone. The team is hardworking, supportive, and always willing to help, and the work environment is fun, energetic, and engaging. I’ve also received a great deal of support in my role. While the training process can feel overwhelming at times due to the amount of information provided, it’s clear the company invests heavily in making employees feel prepared and supported.

Cons

Office hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the office is located in a fairly isolated area with limited nearby food options. The workspace also feels small for the number of staff working in it, with everyone sharing one main area. Because of the constant foot traffic, conversations, speaker phone calls, and overall high-energy atmosphere, it can sometimes be difficult to find a quiet space to concentrate. I genuinely enjoy the positive and engaging environment and the interaction between employees and customers, but I also appreciate having a quieter space that allows me to stay focused and productive.
