Pros

* Great, differentiated product suite with strong value prop * People first culture, with management team focused on building a high performance, high emotional IQ team * Strong mission in making post-acute healthcare human capital management more efficient and supporting caregivers with better work force management tools

Cons

* Lots of segments bring complexity to the business * Recent large acquisition also ads short term complexity

Pros

Decent product, although other departments do not seem to align with the value propositions presented by marketing and sales which leads to mixed outcomes for clients.

Cons

Delayed or unpaid commissions. Comp plans add insult to injury. The most recent one was described as a “slap in the face” by multiple tenured reps. Unrealistic quotas based on inaccurate reporting. Only 14% of reps hit quota last year. Red flag. Low base salaries compared to market averages. Redundant and inefficient processes coupled with constant operational changes and new “tools” which somehow manage to make things worse. Lack of urgency when serious payroll and compliance concerns are raised to supervisors, executives, and even HR. Employees should not have to repeatedly escalate issues related to compensation and payroll accuracy.
