Great team, but HR processes are frustratingly slow - Human Resources Intern SA Technologies Inc Employee Review

The human resources operations department is filled with people who delay your work. I got my internship letter 2 weeks after joining the internship. I haven't received my stipend for the entire duration of the internship even after completing my internship. The internship completion certificate was pending as well. There is no coordination between the employee and the employer from the employer's side. We have to message them like a reminder about each and everything. I don't think so we should be giving reminders about our stipend and internship letters.
