Pros
Company vehicle with gas card, company provided telephone, iPad and laptop and uniforms. 80 hours vacation and 40 hours sick time on day one. Medical insurance is covered, $40k life insurance policy is covered. Flexible work schedule( 5/8 hour days or 4/10 hour days) Many company functions(ball games, bus trips, company picnics) Never asked to work more than 8 hour days and no weekends without volunteering. Guaranteed (expected) 40 hours/week.
Cons
Poor communication, even worse training and a lot of drama. Too much like high school times. Advancements aren’t based on ability, it has to do with the clique you’re in. If you’re too good at your job then you’re never going to leave the field. Poor apprentice program. Certain aspects of the training are overlooked but then lied about and checked off the training checklist so on paper you appear fully trained but in reality you’re not. Work is extremely slow at the moment I’m writing this review.
