      My team at DOH has been stellar. Great support from fantastic colleagues - both managers and peers. The agency has a commitment to a positive work environment. Hybrid/telework opportunities for most back-office roles.

      Cons

      The last few months have been difficult as budget cuts affect all state agencies. There is currently a hiring freeze in place and rounds of RIFs.

      Depends on your manager. Difficult to move up past EE3. Deals with public complaints as much as doing engineering work.
