Cons
- The CEO of the company loves sycophants, people who can lick his shoes. So if you are good enough in saying yes to every stupid and idiotic thing he says, you'd be appreciated. - Salary discretion - You would be given thousand stupid reasons for not getting a salary hike but then you'll see a fresher who you will have to train is getting far much salary than you are getting. - Don't expect salaries on time, they will be late by at least 15 days to 1 month. Also don't expect any intimation from the HR or the management regarding the same. - Appraisals happens really late and sometimes don't happen. - The owner/CEO is so insecure and so impulsive. He takes stupid decisions and then blames others for the failure of the projects. - The HR system is weak, the management system is weak. You are asked to stay in the office till late, but if you are even a minute late in the morning, your half day salary is deducted.
