      Supportive supervisors who are open and collaborative, opportunity for free licensure supervision (LCSW, LPC) and a variety of clinical work, opportunities for advancement and growth, friendly staff

      Cons

      Hours are difficult due to the nature of the work that we do (afternoons, evenings, weekends).

      Pros

      Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

      Cons

      Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
