Hard learning environment getting to know many aspects of the industry. Lots of responsibility to be taken on with good experience around to get advice on. Experience is well worth the time and will serve anyone well.
Cons
Compensation for the levels of stress not in line. Consistently chasing 1 problem down after the next. Schedules are made with no contingency, making extended hours necessary to even attempt staying on time.
