Pros
I was brought on as someone to be trained in the business. I worked in the importation department and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Other departments were wonderful as well. The CEO sat in an office with open windows, and that kind of openness brought a sense of humanity to a company CEO.
BONUS: when the weather would be bad and our office had to be open, the owning family would buy lunch for the entire office. Not sure if this still happens but that brought us even closer as a family unit.

sometimes long hours and no OT, except working holidays
no natural light as there is only one window which is the glass front door
public transportation is limited
