      Pros

      Great talent to work with across the board. Top notch strategy, account and creative team. Concept of "patients first" was what stood out from other agencies.

      Cons

      Owner did not understand how to run a business. Poor business decisions all around.

      Pros

      Seemed like a great team. Some real talent and passion for what they did. Great job making a difference for patients. The guy who ran it everyday was good... nice guy who knew what he was talking about.
