Poorly run organization - Manager Compass Medical Employee Review

This organization is one of the worst places that I have worked for and I'm embarrassed to have it as part of my résumé. The care that is provided is unethical and sub par. Upper management fosters a cut throat, back stabbing mentality that hinders any positive gains. Promotions are only given to those that are willing to step on the backs of their peers to get them. Patient care is suffering and I would be surprised if the organization is around much longer.
