Pros
Pay is $10 to $12 an hour plus commission. Don't expect to make any commission, therefore, it's great pay for a student who wants more than a minimum wage job, but I would not work there full time because of the pay and because of the company culture.
You almost always get days off when you need it.
Cons
Company culture is stressful, always changing, and there is a lot of drama between everyone. Don't expect any opportunities to grow. If they like you at the bottom, they will keep you there.
