As a candidate, the technical recruiter I worked with was clear about the role and its responsibilities - and transparent about pay and benefits. They helped prepare me for my interviews, and supported me through the interview process. After my interviews were complete, they stayed connected with me through the rest of the process. My recruiter went the extra mile to create a great and clear process that helped me personally and added value to the client he represented.
