As a former employee at Competent Groove, I had a genuinely positive experience working with the team. The work environment is incredibly warm and collaborative, making it easy to feel supported. One of the standout aspects of the company is the leadership. The CEO is extremely encouraging and supportive, always creating space for employees to grow, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their work
