Pros
Because the company is growing fast there is plenty of opportunity for you to grow with it. Everyone in the office gets along and it's a fun social environment to work in. The company is flexible in catering for your needs and the workload is fair. I've really enjoyed working under the management in the marketing department, our team really feels like a family, everyone is super supportive and has each other's best interests at heart. They are focused on your career progression and want to make sure that you are enjoying the projects you are working on - which is a huge plus! I can honestly say that I get excited to go to work on Sunday evenings, which is quite the opposite to some of the previous places I've worked.
Cons
Sometimes you're given unexpected or urgent tasks. But you receive plenty of recognition when you accomplish them and the management are always reasonable with your workload.
