Room for growth, flexible hours, great staff, decent pay

Benefits aren't as good in comparison to most companies.

Friendly staff like a little family, decent pay, exciting urgent care work, meaning, you get to use all of your skills that you learned in school. Because its an urgent care you do EVERYTHING from venipuncture to ekgs to PFTs to drug testing.

Awful benefits and vacation/sick/personal time. Also the place is managed poorly. Work needs to be more evenly delegated and understandable. A little bit outdated which can be embarrassing when a patient decides to comment on the lack of cleanliness and new supplies. Also a few bad workers. Sad how a couple of weak links can really deteriorate an entire conpany.
