      Pros

      Decorah is a nice town, but not a lot of software related work there. Short commute if you live in town.

      Cons

      The owner clearly hates what she does, and projects that on to the people working for her. I have never seen employees treated so badly and with such little respect, both junior and senior. Really a terrible place to work.
