      Helpful and Friendly Managers as well as simple and easy to claim annual, sick and personal leave. Also lots of opportunities to receive bonuses, overtime and time in lieu.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to get promotions and not a lot of clear communication from anyone outside of your immediate office of which there are multiple.

      Training provided is industry-leading. A complete credit solutions you have no trouble working at any other collections agency.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the role even after a lengthy training period it may be hard for somebody who does not come from a on the phone role to gain confidence in handling customer objections and negotiating payment.
