Pros
Phone calls with merchants are much better than with regular everyday customers. Great benefits. Free snacks and occasional lunches. Awesome close together team.
Cons
Smaller team cam sometimes mean more work. End of month projects have to wait til the last day and can interrupt your daily routine a bit, but not unbearable.
