      Pros

      Small company, forward-thinking, and relentless commitment to serve customers. Fair work-life balance given IT never rests. Leaders are different in that they want you to be involved, take ownership, and be part of a solution.

      Pros

      The owners/management are good people who take care of their customers and employees. They taught me a lot about the industry, professionalism, and life in general. The culture was great, and to this day I am constantly reminded of all of the workplace jokes we shared. I miss those days a lot.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of driving, but car mileage is reimbursed.
