Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Just look at the last positive reviews that are 5 stars (all in the same day suspiciously). During this period the company laid off 50% of the workforce that hire less than a year ago. Everything is top down. I wouldn't recommend this company not even to my enemies.

Pros

- executives push a strong vision to build - Technical teammates who are at times are helpful - They hire fast - They are funded

Cons

-They aren’t breaking even in profits — rather focused on impressing investors -Disconnect between management and actual work — iykyk -Workers dispersed across teams and people try to move into teams that demand less work. Not all teams have the same workload. You’re measured by how fast you get a ticket done especially with special tools — zero handholding and quick to let go of any worker — Zero stability - Use case teams aren’t sure how to get more utilization out of clients because only half-baked use cases are applicable to clients - Culture is hit or miss. Travel is required - No equity — the top execs have them - Some teams have ridiculous sounding titles that are purely marketing - Some workers are disposable contractors - If you don't stand out and keep your mouth closed you should be fine. it's the proven recipe. Don’t go out telling other coworkers you are working on ticket X. Only communicate ticket info

Pros

Complexio is the real deal. The company is building AI products for traditional enterprises such as shipping, insurance, finance and beyond that actually solve hard, messy, real-world problems, not theory. The pace is fast, the team is sharp, and leadership trusts people to own their domains. If you're the kind of person who thrives on ambiguity and wants to build something that matters, this is where you want to be. The founders set a tone of honesty and directness that runs through everything. You can disagree, challenge, and push back without politics getting in the way.

Cons

It's not for everyone. The pace is relentless and there's no hand-holding. If you need a lot of structure or a clear career ladder mapped out for you, you'll struggle. The company is scaling fast and things change constantly. That's energising if you're wired for it, exhausting if you're not.
