      All premiums for healthcare are covered for employee and family

      Cons

      Management doesn't care one bit about their employees or their families. You can exceed in results and activities and provide business strategies and they will just use you and throw you away.

      Cons

      If you work in a different time zone they expect you at you desk at 8 am and you must work until it’s 5 in California.
