      i have been working with CompNova from past 2 years, nice place to work No pressure in the company. Very good requirement flow . Management is very helpful. Good incentive structure. Will get salary hike on every placement.

      Pros

      Pay every 2 weeks in US promptly. They have never delayed/missed a payroll in the last 20 years. They also help in getting H1 and green card visas

      Cons

      nothing to think of. They have done what ever they promised
