Pros
Pay is alright, better in the office than in the warehouse, but warehouse is more flexible with PTO, so it evens out. Beyond that, it's mostly a typical warehouse job for the area.
Cons
Messy warehouse with a joke of an inventory system in place to address it, understaffed, but the big issue is that new ownership have instituted a very strange management structure where HR functions as a part of corporate when HR is really supposed to act (or pretend to act) as the dividing line between labor and management. As a result, human resources issues are handled in a sort of shadow court, where the case against an employee is presented, judged and verdict handed down before the employee is even made aware of the issue.
