The worst school ever. - Paraprofessional/TA Comprehensive Kids Developmental School Employee Review

I have been working for comprehensive for five years it's an amazing place to work Providing great special Ed and seeing children love to come to school is an amazing feeing the administration really gets how to run a top notch school

School has not expanded like they did before Need to open in other Boros

None other than there are some really nice people working there...

Having worked for the parent company, The Comprehensive Center Companies, for over 4 years I can honestly claim they were the WORST 4 years of my career and I can say that the primary reason for that misery was the owner and CEO - a total moron with no ethics, no compassion, no common decency, no morals and no business sense whatsoever. How he last stayed in business this long is a mystery since he terminates people hard-working, dedicate people for no reason other than to save a dollar or in retaliation for standing up for their co-workers of for refusing to do something unethical or unprofessional at his request. He regularly screams, embarrasses and belittles his management team and staff for his stupidity and inability to make sound and intelligent business decisions. He has been investigated by the DOL and the NY Board of Education as a result of employee complaints for failure to pay people on time and in accordance with State and Federal Labor laws and for wrongful termination in retaliation for a co-worker sticking up for her fellow co-workers and has somehow escaped punishment and-or sanctions to date. It;s only a matter of time until his kingdom crumbles around him and, when that happens, there will be many, many people partying in the streets.
