      Pros

      Fast growth company where everyone gets to participate in the company's success. Both individual and team contributions are very visible so recognition and growth within the company is easily determined. Everyone cares about everyone - sort of like a family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Its not easy to hide if you aren't a contributor.

      Great place to work. Good amount of support. The leadership team is always open to talking and takes a genuine concern in the lives of it's employees.
