Pros

Direct hire that paid benefits and wasn't in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Cons

Family owned without clear direction from leadership. Owner was very hands off, never involving themselves in training or repairs, nor having a specified list of what should be done on "routine" client visits. Then, they used the lack of guidance as reason to let you go as they rehire the last technician they let go. This was after being the solo technician for over 1.5 months and while also not calling off while having a serious infection / illness. With that being said, my recent position led.me to encounter a former employee of here who had nothing but raving reviews for the owner and the training they received under their guidance. IT may have simply been a bad time for me to be there as I felt the only training I received was from the other technician who, when let go, left me to my own devices struggling to stay afloat.
