Pros
The pay was good,
The hours were flexible.
Insurance wasn't bad.
Cons
It advertises itself as a "team" focused environment. It is not. I had been employed for two weeks and they were tracking employee Indeed accounts. My resume updated, which they took as proof positive that I was still applying for jobs and I got reprimanded for this.
The next three months go well enough, but after that honeymoon period, a switch is flipped and every action is scrutinized and questioned. This is, so I have been informed, quite normal at this company.
It lead to an environment where copious documentation for every single task had to be kept to protect yourself from blame. Techs didn't want to touch any projects for fear of getting blamed. I've heard the CEO take more than one employee into his office and quite literally yell at them, which is not how a human being should be treated.
The President listens to private conversations via the cctv, as I was disciplined for 'chit chatting'. This is not legal in the state of California. Video was in the contract, audio was not.
There's no hot water.
