      Pros

      Really great to work with a growing company who are creating tech for charities. Enjoying working very closely with a supportive, hands on and engaged CEO with a passion for the products being created, who really cares about the positive impact they will have on nonprofits. Lots of holiday days and also enjoying the company culture which has team socials, virtual coffee chats and regular fun quizes!

      shame the global team can’t all meet in person!

      Pros

      Good management, hands on but give you room to grow and take ownership - nice to feel supported which I didn't have in my previous role. Love my team and the people I work with! Strong efforts made in team bonding activities! Nice to feel I am making a positive impact in the charity world.

      Cons

      Bit of a startup feel so sometimes things move quickly and you need to keep up and there is a lot of expectation for you to learn by doing
