The good compensation and benefits package offered by the corporation demonstrates the company dedication to repaying their emeployees fairly. During my brief time there, I was always made to feel heard and appreciated.
Cons
I experienced the owner's demeaning behavior personally while working at this company. Their treatment of employees was foul and disrespectful, creating a toxic work environment that was unworkable for many. It was clear that this type of behavior was not isoltaed to my experience alone, as others had also complained about the owner's rampaging temper and unreasonable demands. It's unfortunate that such behavior is allowed to persist in the workplace, and I hope that measures will be taken to prevent others from enduring the same mistreatment in the future.
