Pros
Their are quite a few pros, from in depth training, onboarding, and feedback. To receiving assistance when you need help, as well as an open door policy with other departments that leads to a smoother transition when assisting the users.
Cons
Their isn't any that jump right out at me. Overall the balance is nice.
