Pros

There are none at all

Cons

Owner would compliment employees to their face and then talk poorly about them to other employees. Made for a very stressful, divisive environment. Paid women with similar backgrounds and experience significantly less than men for the same job (sometimes $10/hr difference). Signed employees up for term life insurance and a few health benefits, which we didn't know about until after the contract ended. in 1.5 years, 8 people either quit or were fired.

Pros

I have been a Gov't contractor for over a decade. With CompCite, hours were easy to enter, pay was on time, and I was always able to reach a person during normal business hours. As Government Contractor's go, CompCite is one of the better companies I have worked for.

Cons

Pay was stagnant due to being SCA and controlled by the Government.

Pros

Quick to deflect... not really a pro. *Owners come off as nice for a short honeymoon period and then their real true agendas and personalities show up.

Cons

Where to start? CCITE doesn't value their employees. CCite mismanages their talent (employees). Communication is severely lacking. Micromanaging is done to extremes with this company. The owners grill employees for feedback and dirt on other employees. Customer Service, comes second. First on their agenda, is creating a facade of grandeur and harmony. The reality is, they create choppy work environments & procedures, cause unnecessary havoc and distrust between employees, and severely limit access to resources. Watch your pay closely. Get in writing what benefits are available and how h&w is broken down. CCite opens 401k plans along with Heath insurance and Life insurances policies without informing employees that they would do so. Again, make sure to get everything in writing. CCite purposefully misleads and misinforms their employees.
