- Poorly managed company with inconsistent structure. -It is very obvious they went from being very small to growing too big too quickly to understand how to keep things running or organized. - Outdated and very ignorant staff, depending on what team you are on. You could potentially be reprimanded for using "they/them" pronouns when speaking of clients/candidates. - Receive little to no training and be thrown into work, then be reprimanded for not knowing your job despite continuously asking for further training. - Coworkers pressure/guilt you into working beyond 8 hours and act hostile towards you if you don't.
