Pros
Culture / People/ Schedule/ Team Leader. Company updates were broadcast every Wednesday straight from the Managing Director all through COVID. Good to know where the company was placed. You could tell that the MD really cared what happened to every employee. Opportunity to earn extra cash outside of regular hours. Teamwork during COVID was good. Everyone really pulled together. Everyone earned the trust of senior management by working well at home, I think.
Cons
Generally pretty positive.. no major issues. Occasionally messy kitchen Building lift is sometimes locked off - frustrating when you're trying to leave
