I was given opportunities to learn and grow yourself as an individual everyday. The work environment was never overly demanding. Management only made reasonable requests of me. Management would often stand up for me in customer facing circumstances. It made me feel valued far more than I had at other repair shops. All my coworkers were easy to get along with and helpful.
