VUE is a privately owned company that understands that it needs to continually develop people as it grows. Staff are given opportunities to take risks and are backed up by management who are very supportive. The company is experiencing outstanding growth, and employing people to support the growth and maintain quality services. High performers are promoted on a regular basis with appropriate increases in salary and benefits. The CEO treats the staff like an extended family and will give people time to fit into the organization and get comfortable with their roles. Expectations are high, but not unreasonable. He has invested in Dale Carnegie training across the company to improve internal communication & collaboration - this program is a long term commitment and has been running for more than 6 months. Managers of all major departments are highly skilled and have solid experience in our vertical - the insurance industry which comes through to our customers and the industry overall. The group really acts as a team when the pressure is on and it's winning new customers.
Cons
Not a lot to say here, I guess we would all like to see improvements in the health plan and more paid holidays but not sure that's VUE specific.
