Pros

Good people Training if you can sell and identify. Fair compensation and benefits Concern for the client and their mission Nice employee gatherings especially the Christmas party

Cons

Concern of the product. CSI is married to ASI and IMIS. Branch out to other markets or products that will also challenge and grow employees.

Pros

Wonderful small, intimate company to work for. You get exposure to a lot of new tech and have the ability to learn new things at a rapid pace. Work/life balance is good, and the intangible perks like the occasional free lunch or the second-to-none Christmas party are excellent. Culture is great if you fit in - the motto tends to be "work hard, play hard". Lots of comradery between the teams. As long as you put in the effort, and go the extra mile to show that you care about the company and our clients, management will make sure to take care of you, too.

Cons

Very fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment - definitely not for everyone. If you're not willing to go the extra mile or put in the extra hour, or "that's not my job" is something you might say, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Surrounded by talented individuals that work as a collective. Fun loving culture that is about working hard and playing hard. Great place for a progressive mind and those that take pride in their work. Growing company where Executive Management frequently holds company events that are open to both clients and employees to say "thanks for the hard work".

Cons

Small company on the verge of exploding with growth and facing potential scalability challenges. If you are a "punch in and punch out" type of person this is not the place for you. Typical small company challenges of people wearing multiple hats and carrying multiple responsibilities, but what do you expect when you work for a small company.
