      Pros

      The people. There are some bright and sincere people left despite the issues caused by management.

      Cons

      Management, particularly the child CEO. Management seems too busy running around cleaning up after the CEO to actually have time to guide and lead. People are stressed out, being overworked, given pointless deadlines whilst HR dreams up the next pointless distraction that assumes you are a baby with no life experience so need to be shown how to think and behave. If you want a front row seat on how to treat your staff like idiots this place is for you.

      Great people and interesting technology

      Cons

      Senior Management out of touch with modern employment and in people management. Senior managers are protected at all costs here - even when the senior manager is incompetent and highly disruptive to the rest of the business. Be prepared to justify everything you do.
