Very very very low salarie. Bad location for the office in Sofia. Tooks 1h from the city center to get there. No transportion fees included at the job. No home office before 3rd month. You can work it from only one address. They do not make exceptions. Also, you can not chose the days for the home office. No additional health inssurance before 6th month. They can change the schedule whenever it is convinient for them. They can fire you in the probation period which is 6 months. After the probation period their notice is 1 month. For the employee the notice is 2 months all the time. When you decide to quit the job, they are cutting all home office days for the remaining period.

Most projects are of support type and pay is quite average or even below. There are no bonuses and you have to constantly bug the management to get any raise. Management is detached from employers. Lacks transparency when it comes to renumeration Cheap work computers unless you really ask for one
