Great products leading the industry. Creative at problem solving and many improvement projects going on. Management that is pro-active, and office/shop relationship improving. Good compensation packages. Growing company and community participant. Flexibility in hours and assignments.

Organization and culture still needs continued focus. Improvement programs not yet working in all departments.

Sales team is awesome. Benefits are really, really good. Staff meetings very informative and transparent.

Inclusivity was challenging. Some employees are not used to teamwork.
