      Pros

      Management is laid back and always friendly towards laborers. Very open to employees suggestions and gives credit when due. Good incentive programs for overtime when needed. There has been some recent investments made back into the company.

      Cons

      Weld shop is very dirty, and disorganized. Heat treating is very noisy, Pipes dropping and banging into each other, and no sound barrier to separated it from the rest of the shop. Machines are getting wore out and long overdue for maintenance. Engineering and scheduling could be improved.

      Pros

      A management team not afraid to makes changes even if they may be difficult. A CEO who has real vision and cares about the employees.

      Sales team is awesome. Benefits are really, really good. Staff meetings very informative and transparent.

      Cons

      Inclusivity was challenging. Some employees are not used to teamwork.
