Pros

Learned a wide variety of equipments, almost for sure steady work

Cons

Not good enough help, overworked and if missed something you get ACd, only when you fail they bring up the resources available to you.

Pros

Good hourly rate is only pro. You will drive for hours and hours everyday. If you are a tech you are treated like crap. If you have to be off for more than 2 weeks for medical reason you are fired. You are a number not a person.

Cons

Company doea not care about it's techs at all. They steal time from the techs by cutting them 1 hour a day for travel time. Management has only pleasing the corporate office on the mind and do do anything to do it even if it means treating you in the field like crap. If you report any wrong doing you will be fired. I do NOT recommend this company for any tech turnover rate is really high.

Thank you for the feedback. It's true that technicians with greater expertise typically earn more and that we pay travel time going to work or going home, after 30 minutes. We don't think of these as negatives. The fact that you feel like a number, however, is troubling. Our techs are the life's blood of our company and we genuinely care about them--even our VPs started out as techs in the field. Your review will be taken seriously, but since you are a current employee, I strongly encourage you to open a confidential dialogue with Human Resources, discuss your frustrations, and learn what improvements can be made. We strive to be better every day, not only for our customers but for our employees, too.
