Thank you for the feedback. It's true that technicians with greater expertise typically earn more and that we pay travel time going to work or going home, after 30 minutes. We don't think of these as negatives. The fact that you feel like a number, however, is troubling. Our techs are the life's blood of our company and we genuinely care about them--even our VPs started out as techs in the field. Your review will be taken seriously, but since you are a current employee, I strongly encourage you to open a confidential dialogue with Human Resources, discuss your frustrations, and learn what improvements can be made. We strive to be better every day, not only for our customers but for our employees, too.
