Pros
for someone with no Recruitment experience, this was a great introduction. The training program and environment is really well-structured and teaches you best practice, and pairs you with some fantastic mentors. I left with nothing but good feelings about my time with ConSol.
Cons
They have high standards, so if you're looking to coast, this isn't right for you. If you enjoy working hard and learning everyday then it's a great environment.
