Cons
Narcissistic CEO who cares more about who he rubs elbows with than any employee. No good management at any level, managers seem to get their positions based on who they know outside the org, or how much of a "yes" person they are as opposed to knowledge, experience and/or leadership skills. Product is an absolute mess. No clear vision. People fired in as little as 12 days from starting in a sales position. Zero communication, find out someone has been fired days to weeks after. Leadership will fixate on an individual and find a way/reason to fire them. Finger pointing is regular. Has a complete loss of trust and honesty, company has no values. Zero work/life balance, expected to be available 24/7, never said out-loud but is implied very strongly.
