      -Company is full of people with a great deal of knowledge about the industry. -Good work/life balance. -Good benefits

      -Company is starting to lose the small company feel it had since the being acquired by MHI -There's more micromanagement than there needs to be. -Rapid growth has left some infrastructure in sales systems lacking.

      Good pay Flexibility Benefits Quick onboarding (once they actually get back to you and hire you)

      Cons

      No training whatsoever No clear expectations of job responsibilities Expectations way too high given the lack of training Was told job security was good, was laid off along with about 40 other people after 6 months with no warning
