      Pros

      Generous Personal Time Off with liberal make up policy. Benefits resasonable for family. The company for the most part does not micro manage.

      Cons

      Being that it is an IT compnay with an emphisis on Goverment contracts they tend to treat employees more robotically or as a material rather than vaulable team members. The salary is low for the amount of experience and education that they are requiring.

      Pros

      Leadership is highly involved with a lot of customer touch. Long history with customers so there is good trust and stability in contracts.

      Cons

      Growing pains and working remotely for most people means less in person daily interaction, but they do lunch and learns and some in person events.

      Not much communication. Feel pretty isolated and left out. Management is often non-technical.
