Pros

Great benefits and remote work.

Cons

I don't know what this was, but it is not what I had signed up for! In the beginning I loved working here my case load was manageable and I was able to provide individualized patient care. But right before I left, I struggled and had no help! Look at all the positive reviews from the higher ups vs the clinicians. The clinicians are unhappy. We have voiced our opinions several times and nothing changed for the better. This is a patient/clinician mill at its finest. This work feels illegal! It’s stressful and there’s no room for growth or real skills. They advertise 3 weeks PTO. But fail to mention that if you use that time off, your life will be chaotic upon returning to a hectic full schedule of rescheduled appointments. You will make up for the work you missed and then some. There is no getting ahead. You are expected to have a caseload of 90 patients and keep proper documentation. If you really care about your patients and want to provide them with the best individualized care, this is nearly impossible. Don't even think about using the bathroom or actually using your breaks/lunch. 99.9% of the time I worked through them. The engagement team will schedule your patients back to back with no time to take a breather or enter/transfer documentation correctly. You will be double documenting your notes and are expected to do so without error. When I had first started we were told we could ask for help but instead I was regularly dismissed and told to check the electronic employee guide for answers to questions. The patients think we are licensed therapists providing licensed therapy, we are NOT! The pay is not worth the stress you will endure. They paid me for 8 hours but I was logging in on the weekends, before my shift and staying later to even stay afloat. I'm talking 13-14 hour days y'all. They constantly sent out change memos and were changing things on a weekly basis that it is just too much to keep up with. The turnover rate is sooo high and they say they are asking the clinicians for their input but they are not taking anything into consideration. Literally in one ear and out the other. People are let go or quit on a regular basis.

Pros

This company is consistently looking at Waze to stand out in the mental health field, and has received feedback regarding opportunities for growth, training on a consistent basis, and the concerns regarding metrics, and have made changes to all of these things which I think helps with employee satisfaction.

Cons

The pay is ok, definitely not one of the tops in the field of mental health organizations.

Pros

It was remote which was nice. The Pay was good.

Cons

So I didn't even get to see clients. I literally started doing training and they apparently didn't like my role play. They didn't give me any feedback. I worked for about a month. For 2 weeks I didn't hear anything about what I should be doing. I shadowed occasionally, that was about it. Suddenly a meeting and was told they're letting me go because my role play wasn't to their liking. I mean you're recording me and expect me to be a breed actor? The meeting I had with the supervisor was very cold and made up a whole bunch of lies about why they're letting me go. They didn't even get me to respond and quickly ended the meeting being fired like I didn't even have time to process.
