      Pros

      Great pay from the beginning itself compared to other security firms, amazing benefits, training, support and growth opportunities. The work environment is very inclusive as well.

      Cons

      Really nothing, apart from all employees being really good, it’s not easy to be the best of bests which is actually a very positive side about Condor!

      They give more than enough hours and good pay

      Cons

      But I don't like that I only worked for the festival it would be nice to be really full time I would stay there for a while

      • Payroll is made on time and accurate. • Available hours.

      Cons

      • No direct deposit. • Untrained management. • No discipline. • Minimal safety protocols. • Zero officer oversight. • Guards no call/no show and sleep on the job but are never disciplined. • Guards go months without updating expired guardcards. • Raises are a joke.
